Description
This modest still-life painting with fruit, including a peeled lemon, is characteristic of artists of the seventeenth-century Dutch School, and resembles the work of Juriaen van Streek (1632–1687). The picture’s provenance is unknown. It may have been acquired by a member of the Hussey or Delaval family.
